What to have ready when you call
- The address, and roughly when the house was built
- Which rooms, walls or sides of the house need work
- Whether there is wallpaper to remove or paper you have already bought
- Any deadline: a closing, a tenant move-in or an event
- For businesses, your opening hours so we can plan after-hours work
From there we book a walk-through, measure, test the old paint and plaster, and send a written estimate.
